Quality Control Standards & Grading Rules
Every panel we produce undergoes rigorous quality control at each production stage. Our QC process ensures consistent quality that meets international standards.
Our QC Process
Step 1: Core Selection & Repair
Every veneer sheet is inspected for defects. Voids and holes in the core are repaired with matching wood patches to ensure consistent quality throughout the panel.
Step 2: Moisture Content Check
Digital moisture meters verify that all veneers are dried to 8-12% MC before layup. Proper moisture content prevents warping and delamination.
Step 3: Thickness Tolerance
Precision digital calipers measure thickness at multiple points. Our tolerance is ±0.3mm for standard plywood, ensuring consistent stacking and machining.
Step 4: Bonding Strength Test
Sample panels undergo boiling water test (72 hours for WBP glue) to verify bond strength meets international standards. Failed batches are rejected.
